Agiloft Kicks Off New Year With Massive Momentum And Brand-New Visual Identity


Agiloft, the global standard in tokenless contract lifecycle management (CLM), today announced a record year 2021 with a 100% increase in customer bookings, a 60% increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR), and a 72% increase in the number of employees. On the heels of this success, Agiloft will begin 2022 with a new visual branding and refine the company’s core mission of offering “non-settlement contract management.”

In line with the company’s goal of expanding its vertical and geographical market presence following a growth stock investment of $45 million in 2020, Agiloft grew sales of new customers by 100% in 2021 and boosted ARR by 60% while also maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 95.5% .

New brand in 2022

Building on momentum from 2021, Agiloft launches its new visual identity and core brand message to kick off 2022. The new identity is modern, bold, friendly, and communicative, and depicts Agiloft’s qualities of agility and empowerment while conveying its merits and trustworthiness. To accelerate the development of its CLM software, Agiloft released a major overhaul of its user interface, released a new product module, and accelerated its development of connected experiences. The new intuitive interface increases user adoption and advanced capabilities to automate and integrate complex contract processes, allowing customers to quickly adapt workflows as needs change.
