Lawrence H. White is Professor of Economics at George Mason University, a Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute, and a member of the Financial Markets Working Group at the Mercatos Center. He was a visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from 1998 to 2001 and again in 2003. An expert in monetary theory and banking history, he has published in leading academic journals, including the American Economic Review and Journal of Money, Credit, and Banking.

White received his master’s and doctoral degrees. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University.

Robert L. Bradley, Jr., Senior Fellow at AIER, is founder and CEO of the Institute for Energy Research. He is the author of eight books on energy history, public policy, and blogging at MasterResource.

Bradley holds a BA in Economics from Rollins College, an MA in Economics from the University of Houston, and a Ph.D. in Political Economy from the International College.

He was a Schultz Fellow for Economic Research and a Freedom Fund Fellow for Economic Research, and in 2002 received the Julian L. Simon Memorial Award for his work on energy and sustainable development.
