Gold price today at Rs 46,850 per 10 grams; Silver at Rs 64,700 per kilogram

Ten grams of 24 karat gold on Wednesday increased by Rs 110 to Rs 47,850 from Tuesday’s trading price. The price of silver rose by 300 rupees per kilogram from Tuesday’s price to 64,700 rupees.

In Delhi, the price of 24 karat gold is Rs 51,200 and in Mumbai Rs 47,850. Ten grams of 22 karat gold in Delhi and Mumbai costs Rs 46,950 and Rs 46,850.

Standard 24 karat gold is selling at Rs 49,180 in Chennai on Wednesday, while 10 grams of 22 karat gold is being sold at Rs 45,080. In Kolkata, 24 karat gold is sold at 50,100 rupees, while 22 karat gold is priced at 47,300 rupees.

The rate of gold jewelry varies across the country due to excise duty, state taxes, and levies.

In Chennai, 1 kg of silver is priced at Rs 68,900 on Tuesday, while in Delhi and Mumbai, the metal is being sold at Rs 64,700.
