Target has already launched Black Friday discounts, with more deals dropping weekly. But the popular retailer aims to make the Black Friday shopping season not only longer, but more convenient as well.

For example, Target added more designated pickup spaces on the sidewalk. You can now give a friend or family member permission to receive your order, and you can set ‘Backup Items’ for food and beverage orders when your favorite item is out of stock.

You’ll also find same-day delivery by Shipt available at some store locations and a wide range of merchandise eligible for express shipping, including Adult Beverage Items.

What are Target’s Black Friday 2021 store hours?

Target is closed for Thanksgiving. Most stores will reopen at 7 a.m. local time on Black Friday. Starting December 5, most stores will be open from 7am to midnight every day until December 23rd.

What are Target’s Black Friday 2021 deals?

New week-long deals are announced every Sunday during the holiday shopping season. Target launched its extended shopping season Black Friday October 31 with some of the best early holiday deals available through November 6, including:

  • HP 15.6-inch Laptop with Windows Home in S. Mode for $339.99 (save $200, Oct. 31 – Nov. 6).
  • Keurig K-Mini for $49.99 (save $40, November 4-6).
  • Roku Smart TV Element 65-inch Frameless 4K UHD TV for $299.99 (save $350, November 4-6).
  • Bose QuietComfort 35 Noise Canceling Wireless Headphones II for $179.99 (save $120, November 4-6).

Target has so far revealed some other Black Friday deal details. There is mention of up to 40% off tech and up to 25% off TVs. But keep an eye on the Deal of the Day box on the homepage for one last savings.

How to save money in Target

There is always the nagging concern that if you buy something today, it may be discounted later. However, if you see a Target item online, in store, or in the app that’s marked as “Best Vacation,” that means it’s been marked at the Best Planned Target price for the holiday season.

If the item receives an additional discount after purchase and on or before December 24, Target will match it with your proof of purchase. Some restrictions apply.

Target price matching is also available within 14 days of purchase on Amazon.com, Apple.com, BestBuy.com, and more than two dozen other local competitors.

What are Target’s Black Friday 2020 deals?

We might want to forget about most of last year from a pandemic impact standpoint, but from a product discount standpoint, here’s some of what Target delivered in 2020:

  • Google Nest Hub with Google Assistant for $49.99 ($89.99 regularly).
  • Beats Studio3 Wireless Headphones for $174.99 ($349.99 regularly).
  • KitchenAid 5-quart mixer, $199.99 (regularly $449.99).
  • Buy two, get one free on books, movies, and music (some exceptions apply; the lowest priced item is free).
  • 50% off a selection of games and puzzles.
  • Select Lego building sets 40% off.
  • Shark Navigator Vacuum Cleaner for $149.99 ($349.99 regularly).
