Today’s Petrol and Diesel Prices in Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad: Gasoline prices were left unchanged on Wednesday by oil marketing companies, a day after the rate increases for both types of fuel. Petrol in the national capital today costs 101.39 rupees per liter, while diesel in the capital is 89.57 rupees per liter. The price of diesel has risen by about 70 pounds in the previous five days. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) and hindustan petroleum company Ltd. (HPCL) Review fuel prices daily in line with standard international rates and foreign exchange rates.

The cost of petrol in Mumbai remains the highest across metro cities, at Rs 107.47 per liter. Diesel in the country’s financial capital costs Rs 97.21 per liter. The difference in prices between Delhi and Mumbai is due to different local VAT factors in different cities. Gasoline and diesel prices are determined based on freight charges, local taxes and value-added tax. Gasoline has crossed the Rs 100 liter mark in Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Jammu and Kashmir, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Ladakh, and some cities of Bihar and Punjab.

– Chennai: Petrol prices – 99.15 rupees per liter; Diesel prices – 94.17 rupees per liter
-Kolkata: Gasoline prices – 101.87 rupees per liter; Diesel prices – 92.67 rupees per liter
– Pune: petrol prices – 107.02 rupees per liter; Diesel prices – 95.30 rupees per liter
-Bengaluru: Gasoline prices – 104.92 rupees per liter; Diesel prices – 95.06 rupees per liter
– Hyderabad: petrol prices – 105.48 rupees per liter; Diesel prices – 97.74 rupees per liter
-Noida (UP): gasoline prices – 98.73 per liter; Diesel prices – 90.17 rupees per liter
– Mohali (Punjab): Petrol prices – 103.59 rupees per liter; Diesel prices – 92.67 per liter
-Chandigarh: Petrol prices Rs 97.61 per liter; Diesel prices – 89.31 rupees per liter
– Gurugram (Haryana): petrol prices – 99.15 rupees per liter; Diesel prices – 90.29 rupees per liter

Crude oil price

Crude oil prices continued to decline for the second day in a row on Wednesday morning as investors expressed their concerns caused by the spread of the Corona virus around the world. According to Reuters, Brent crude futures were trading at $78.06 a barrel, down from the $80 a barrel it touched earlier today. US West Texas Intermediate Gulf futures were at $74.27 a barrel.
